We strive to get your AMH Interiors Studio pieces to you as quickly as possible! Here is what you can expect:
• Processing Time: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Custom Orders: Please note that custom-made items require additional lead time. Specific timelines are listed on each product page.
• Carrier: We currently ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• International Shipping: We ship to most addresses worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or restrictions depending on the destination.
• Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Please email us at info@amhinteriorsstudio.com (mailto:info@amhinteriorsstudio.com)before placing your order for a custom expedited shipping quote.
Customs, Duties, and Other Fees for International Orders
Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or any other fees that your country may impose on the delivery of your order. We are prohibited by law from invoicing your order as a gift. Please call your local customs office for more information.
Answer: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please follow these steps:
1. Verify the Address: Double-check your order confirmation to ensure the shipping address was entered correctly.
2. Check the Perimeter: Look around your front door, porch, or back entrance. Sometimes carriers leave packages in less visible spots to prevent theft.
3. Wait 24 Hours: In some cases, carriers mark a package as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before it actually arrives.
4. Ask Neighbors: Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/mailroom to see if it was delivered to them by mistake.

Please Note: AMH Interiors Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. We recommend shipping to a secure location or monitoring your tracking notifications closely.
We work quickly to get your AMH Interiors Studio pieces on their way to you! Because of our fast processing times, there is a very limited window to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed.
• To request a change: Please email us immediately at info@amhinteriorsstudio.com (mailto:info@amhinteriorsstudio.com)with your Order Numberand the requested change in the subject line.
• If it has already shipped: Once an order has been processed by our carrier, we are unable to make any changes. In this case, please refer to our Return Policy once your package arrives.
Note: Changes to custom orders or digital product deliveries are not possible once processing has begun.

We want you to love your AMH Interiors Studio pieces! If a product isn’t the right fit for your space, we accept returns under the following conditions:
• Timeline: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase.
• Condition: Physical items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Fees: A $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.
• Exclusions: The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Digital Products (downloads, guides, or electronic templates).
• Custom or "Final Sale" items.
• Original shipping charges.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to start a return: Email us at info@amhinteriorsstudio.com (mailto:info@amhinteriorsstudio.com)to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once received, please write the RA number clearly on the outside of your package. We will process your refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Please Note: If you are contacting us regarding a weekend order or a holiday, we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the studio on the following business day.
• Intellectual Property: "All digital designs and guides are the property of AMH Interiors Studio and are for personal use only. Reselling or distributing these files is prohibited."
• Limitation of Liability: "AMH Interiors Studio is not responsible for any DIY errors or damages resulting from the use of our digital design guides."
• Final Sale Confirmation: "By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that all sales are final once the download is delivered."
