SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Delivery

Standard Orders: Processed within 24 hours.

Custom Orders: Require additional lead time (see product description).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Saturday.

Notifications: We provide tracking, estimated delivery dates, and delivery notifications for all orders.
International Shipping

Customs & Duties: Customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, or foreign taxes. We are prohibited by law from marking orders as "gifts."

Tracking: Once a package leaves the USA and enters another country, we have no control over the local postal carrier's tracking updates.
Shipping Issues

Carrier Delays: Due to high volume, tracking numbers may take time to activate. We appreciate your patience as carriers process your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages: AMH Interiors Studio is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" to the address provided. We will provide all necessary tracking info for you to investigate with the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
Standard Returns
If you change your mind, we accept returns of unused and undamaged merchandise within 7 days of original purchase.

Fees: A $5.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

Exclusions: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Digital products and custom orders are Final Sale.

Process: Email info@amhinteriorsstudio.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos or videos of the damage/item to info@amhinteriorsstudio.com.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon confirmation. Note: Requests made after 48 hours cannot be processed.
