Shipping & Returns
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. All items ship by USPS and are processed within 24 hours of placing your order. Customer orders require more time. If you need expedited service please email us at email@example.com.
We will provide shipping, tracking, estimated delivery date, pre-delivery and delivered notifications.
Orders placed after 11 am PST are shipped the next business day.
We ship 6 days a week, Monday though Saturday. We pride ourselves on our commitment to get our products shipped to you as quickly as we can.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations
Customs, Duties, and Other Fees for International Orders
Customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or any other fees that your country may impose on the delivery of your order. We are prohibited by law from invoicing your order as a gift. Please call your local customs office for more information.
Please note when we use USPS for international shipping once the package leaves the US and enters another country, we have no control after it is picked up by another country's postal carrier.
Due to the volume that package carriers like Fed Ex, and UPS are experiencing, we have noticed that shipped packages are not always being scanned on a timely basis. It is possible that you have been charged, yet do not have an active tracking number. Please be assured that your package is being processed, and that we are doing everything possible to eliminate this inconvenience. As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or require additional information.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your merchandise, AMH Interiors Studio will gladly accept any unused or undamaged product within 7 days of original purchase. There will be a $5.00 restocking fee deducted from the return balance. Please contact at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise refunds will be made in the form of original payment only. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If an item arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment. If we are notified after this time frame, we will be unable to process your request.
For damaged products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AMH Interiors Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, AMH Interiors Studio will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
